Click Development will be developing a 4-unit building at 4847 S. Calumet Ave.
This Project’s sustainable features include:

Building shell constructed with structural insulation panels (“SIPs”) to improve energy efficiency and reduce noise;

Solar power to heavily subsidize electrical costs;

EV car charging stations;

LED lighting in the common areas and in each unit; and
